Salesman was knowledgable. Delivery service was great. However there was a small tear on the side of the mattress where a spring was. I Called into customer service and they were great as well as the technician that came out. I opted to have it sewn As it is very inconvenient for me to reschedule and take more time off from work to have another mattress delivered . I will be calling Bernie and Phyl’s customer service again to get some kind of compensation
I don't care for the bait and switch - last time I purchased free delivery was included and I got a slight discount. This time - either or. Shipping is $110 and the discount was 8% of the order - I felt nickel and dimed.
It was only slightly difficult to search for exactly what I was looking for
Sales person did a great job! Improvements would be getting product quicker and better discount. Wish we had bought pre Tax Free Weekend.
recliners delivered early, but one of the chairs did not have the wiring .waiting for delivery today in order to use chair
