Great delivery team.
I would give Bernie&Phyl;s a four star instead of a 5 because of one aspect of the process. Both Anthony and Bruce were very helpful, knowledgeable and knew the products (Anthony-the beds we purchased) and Bruce (the mattresses we purchased). My family and I were very impressed with their customer service and the amount of time that was spent with us when we were selecting our furniture/mattresses. We didn't feel rushed. Good
Everything was great, however the delivery guys tracked mud into the house, up the stairs and onto my off white carpets. That was my one negative. Other than that, they transaction was great and the delivery guys were very nice and got the job done quick.
Took a little work, but found the right mattress for us.
