Sales staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Good quality products. But there seems to be a bit of a disconnect between the store and the delivery side of the house. We had the wrong item show up twice before we got our actual item.
The couch that was delivered was backwards. As in, the chaise was on the wrong side. They told us we could keep this one until the new one arrives. It's really nice and comfortable. And as a result of the error I found out we could upgrade the mediocre mattress to memory foam so it all worked out well enough. 4-8 weeks until the correct couch arrives tho.
Some damage to my bookcase from manufacturer, but I didn’t want to have to go through the hassle of driving an hour and a half to return it and wait for the replacement. I fixed the damaged parts with glue and clamps
We had a bad experience with our luxury bed we purchased less than a year ago. It’s sagging badly on both sides of the bed (we are not heavy people). The return process was easy and everyone pleasant. I’m finding there isn’t a large selection of brands for mattresses to select from however. Which I wish there were. Yet overall the experience was good just hoping this bed lasts!
Store set up a little overwhelming but I found what I needed. The sales people were not pushy. The deliver people were great and very polite.
