Good selection. Lots of variety in styles and costs. Low pressure sales reps. There to assist and answer questions.
Although getting furniture from the manufacture was an issue , I appreciate the customer service to credit some money back for the trouble. The computer program that you work in definitely needs to be upgraded I feel it hinders the sales people in the floor. We had many issues just getting to my account. The manager Kevin was not very helpful to the sales lady. .

I had a good experience. I was hoping to take advantage of the mass 6.25 % discount and a 10% Military Discount. The sale person that was working me said I can’t get both. That was the reason why I choose Bernie and Phyls.
