Great experience! The sales staff was friendly & efficient,
I went to the showroom in Newington and had a great experience. Our Salesperson was very helpful in our selections.
Good service
Michael was very helpful and was not aggressive or uncomfortable like many sales personalities. my only observation as a consumer is it would free up your sales members if your clients took their "order" to a check out/processing person. there were a lot of sales people standing around, but Michael was servicing us and another couple. it would have been nice for him to hand off the order to an admin person so he could service the other couple instead of having them waiting.

I really liked the way the furniture was arranged. Easy to access every area. Everyone was very helpful. Answered all of our questions. I would buy furniture here again.

There was a good selection. President's Day offered a nice incentive that I was able to take advantage of. The value was apparent.
