dining room chairs I ordered beautiful dining room chairs. Lots of choices on the floor. Salespeople most helpful. Unfortunately, not in stock. Hoping they'll arrive when promised.
I bought a table and sofa with insurance, the table was delivered as if it were used, I complained and they replaced it, but my sofa is coming apart and the wood is broken, they told me they won't fix it because I have a dog. Don't pay for a service you won't get

I recently did a review regarding the furniture I bought at Bernie and Phil’s. I have Ben a customer for about 30 years. Purchasing thousands of dollars of furniture for my home in Massachusetts as well as my home in New Hampshire. Although the sales people I dealt with were nice and knowledgeable, I was sold a very expensive 5 year extended warranty. I bought a hole house full of furniture. It seams like a good price. Had trouble with several pieces . Fortunately i bought the 5 year extended warranty for$4100. Extra. I called about warranty on my defective couch only to have them tell me that the manufacturer only warranties it for 1 year. I’m other words the warranty was a rip off. I asked to have a manager call me back. That never happened. I won’t ship there again. Andy Curtis
