Good customer service with purchase Good customer service with purchase, excellent follow up about date and time of delivery. Installers not able to put back bed frame and headboard as it had been originally. . Had wrong truck- no drill to connect them.

Our sales person Heidi was nice but not Our sales person Heidi was nice but not knowledgeable or efficient - after having not purchased furniture in many years - I must say that when we made the decision - it took her a very long time to ""put"" it all in the computer. She also didn't explain the refund policy properly - when I returned a piece of our sectional I was informed of this and was taken care with the best customer service of all!

We had a wonderful shopping/buying We had a wonderful shopping/buying experience with Josh Chabot over the Memorial Day weekend. We were coming from out-of-town and relocating to Litchfield, NH to be closer to family. Josh was extremely helpful (and patient) in locating furniture designs and sizes that would work in our new home. And he offered excellent guidance on how and when we could special-order, store and have these items delivered to match our move-in schedule. Couldn't be happier with the service!
