Went to Bernie and Phyl's specifically to get a recliner finally found the section that they were in couldn't find anybody to wait on us find me search the store got someone to wait on us but the recliner that I wanted it was for my mother that's 85 years old and picked out the gray recliner that I thought you'd like and was going to pick it up the following weekend. My chair was not on stock and because it was coming in during mass tax discount it created confusing. After already charging my account it took over 20 minutes for them to figure out that I owe a additional amount of less than $5 . It seems to me they should have waved that and let me just leave the store over their mistake. If it wasn’t for the fact that my granddaughter picked out what she wanted I would have canceled the order and walked out! Was charged for free boxspring. I didn't notice until reviewed recept at home. Called and had to wait for a call back a 1/2 later. My charge card was then credited.
