I bought a hole house full of furniture. It seams like a good price. Had trouble with several pieces . Fortunately i bought the 5 year extended warranty for$4100. Extra. I called about warranty on my defective couch only to have them tell me that the manufacturer only warranties it for 1 year. I’m other words the warranty was a rip off. I asked to have a manager call me back. That never happened. I won’t ship there again. Andy Curtis

I don't like to leave a review like this, but am hoping someone can help with our issue. We bought a sofa at B and P's to have delivered. When it arrived the stitching of the couch was located in the seat itself not on a seam. I called and was told that this was how they made the item. I wouldn't have bought the sofa if this was the case and I knew it hadn't been such when I saw it in the store. Got two leather sofas there at Bernie and Phyl. In less than a year one had a top layer scrabbed off with normal use (nothing out of the ordinary, just sitting there). The store sent a specialist to assess if this would be covered by a warranty. He said it is our fall. We had leather sofas for more than 30 years and this never happen. I think the quality of their products is very poor.
Unacceptable communication on delays once they have their money they don’t care kept saying next week 3 months later And then the deliver people stole from a 91 year old man’s bedroom Liars and Thieves? How could anyone recommend them after such an experience

They got me the mattress that I wanted but they they were wrong on the size of the mattress on their Show room floor. I wanted a twin, 36 X 72. What they told me was 39 x 72. What I got was 36 x 72. So, I got what I wanted but if i had believed them, i wouldn't have bought it..
I was told by the delivery people that I would be contacted about the small dents in my furniture. He took pictures and said I should get a call. I haven't heard from anyone yet.
While completing our order in the finance dept, one of your employees was visibly sick, coughing all over the area, as a result we both became ill approx 2 days later, and still are ill. Not happy with that.
Bought furniture and needed to replace Braintree store not helpful at all, customer service could not get us off phone fast enough, went to Natick store they couldn’t be more helpful, solved current problem which is why 4 stars but will not shop Bernie and Phylis again
We did not look at their online website. We just went to their Westboro store.
