The experience was good. We were taken care of right away. Had a good selection to choose from. Was quickly in and out the way I like it. I don't like to be lead around endlessly, but our sales person seem to know and had answers to every question I had. I would recommend Bernie and Phyl's especially because they had a promotion for free delivery. That was the one thing that brought me to the store. Maybe not the one thing but it was a big factor.

If time is a factor watch it I found out on Monday I needed rotator cuff surgery, Monday night we picked out a recliner with a delivery date of Saturday (surgery was Tuesday). Thursday I received a call that delivery would be on Tuesday because the manufacturer did not send it on the Saturday truck. No pressure, wonderful customer service We dealt with Carl who was very laid-back and not pressuring us at all. In fact, he would lead us directly to the area we wanted to see, then leave us for a bit to explore and try things out. At the right time, he'd come over and answer questions, check inventory, etc. How refreshing! He was very efficient in helping us purchase a lovely dinette set for my Dad who is downsizing. Very flexible in coordinating delivery dates. I will definitely shop here again.
