i bought a chair for my mother in law and the chair was delivered 4 days later in perfect shape with old one removed everything on time.

Everybody was very helpful! We shop here often. We bought our bedroom set and had it 25 years. Time for a new bedroom!
Website was fine- did my purchase at the store.. spent more time there.
The only annoying part was they took my cell phone number a thousand times in the store and said they would call me an hour before but nobody ever called. Other than that I loved the delivery guys they were great and they took great care of my furniture. I will continue to shop at Bernie and phys. Also Scott my sales person was very cool and helpful as well, got to throw him in there because he was great
