The service was outstanding. Very warm, friendly and kind. The dining room is beautiful and comfortable. The food unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired. The crab cake was not seasoned and quite dry and needed a more flavorful sauce. The octopus was inedible and tasted like a wet sock and was not served with artichokes as advertised on the menu. I've been many times and always loved it. Last night was a disappointment but the manager did her best to accommodate us. I've heard from other friends that it's inconsistent and they won't return but I will give it another chance. I love the atmosphere, the view, and the professional staff. Just wish the kitchen could produce consistently good food.

Late to seat us, no sommelier to assist in selections, med rare steak was well done. does nothing special for the birthday girl they knew was coming.
Overpriced for low quality and amateur execution A meal made at home was far better than this, it wasn't gross or anything but for the price absolutely not worth the money, go somewhere else. The endive salad was unimpressive, brown edges and just not very tasty or well executed. We came hungry but were extremely disappointed in the entrees. The endive salad was very fresh but uninspired. That was the highlight besides the cocktails. My husband ordered a ribeye. It was prepared the temperature he requested but the steak had a heavily charred flavor and spongy texture; it was edible but not delicious. We spent most of our dinner experience waiting or asking for our waiter to take our order, to bring bread to refill our water/my husbands wine. I am pregnant and my water glass remained empty more than it had water in it. I had to ask 3 times for water from other servers because our server was not in eyesight or checking on us. For a $300 dinner the complete lack of service and spending most of our time asking other servers for assistance or to get our server - had a huge impact on our experience.
This has historically been one of our favorite restaurants. It seems as though they aren’t quite ready for summer. We were told to wait for our reservation in the lobby. 3 more groups sat before us and then we finally walked back over and they admitted they had forgotten they had sent us to wait in the lobby.
