Kept calling me even after 10 pm saying we didn't pay the bill when we did. Confused us with the next table. Need to be more organized!

Recommended for drinks or maybe lunch? The verandah is very nice for a cocktail and the servers out there are very sweet as is the hostess. Dinner service is rude, plates cold, ambience is hectic and the food suffers. Will not be returning for dinner.
Beautiful space in lovely hotel, but very disappointing experience. Drink order was wrong, first course was ok, but then waited 45 minutes for entree. Companion order ny strip (at $75!!) and was served a tough cut. Waiter thought it was rib eye, we think sirloin. Waiter took it away and came back to ask if he wanted something else, like chicken , huh?? Ordered fries that never came. We had an 8:30 reservation with a special occasion, birthday, listed on the reservation. They said they were 15 minutes behind but it turned out to be an hour b/c they gave our reservation to another couple they thought was us..The host offered to comp a round of drinks but didn’t remove it from our bill. We had to ask them. Our waiter rushed us through dinner. No thought of a special dessert..if you want a great dining experience, go to l’etoile..

Definitely over-rated and over-priced given the quality.. Service was disjointed, as first person to the table was the sommelier, then a server with water and finally after 10 minutes our server appeared. To be fair, after that, the server "Carmen" was very pleasant and attentive. The food was okay, not what one expected. The gazpacho was bland, a filet ordered as medium rare came out medium well. We have been coming to the custard for years and we always dine at Bettini’s and the Resturant that was their prior to. The food has always been very good and we look forward to it. This year I was so disappointed my for came out so burnt that that’s all I could taste. 10pm there’s a baby screaming for a solid 20 minutes brutal poor baby belonged in bed not there. Off night for sure!
Terrible service. 45 min to get a drink
Waited an additional 40 minutes or so for our 8:30 pm reservation on a Monday night. Had to check in with the hostess 3x. They never came to grab us when the table was ready despite sitting in front of them at the bar. The waiter wasn't super friendly or welcoming. Wasn't asked if we wanted any other cocktails and had to ask for a drink menu 2x before we could order. Arrived on time for our dinner booking. Had to wait for 20mins to be seated !! Food took a long time and we had to wait twenty minutes between our start and main course. Prices are high compared to food and service value/quality
