Food is good but be prepared to being ignore by everyone working there. My reservation was at 8:30, got seated at 8:50, waited for 15min on the bar to get a drink while my table was ready and never got the drink. Then on the table the same, the food will arrive before the drinks and forget about having time to order even if there were the repsonsibles of you being late. Wouldn’t go again

Greeted with Prosecco and a happy anniversary greeting Nice Ordered drinks All good Dinner ordered scallops dish and chicken dish Entrees came cold Sent back waiting for new dinner same stuff came back after apparently microwave? My steak was excellent, however, my wife’s scallops were spoiled, they tasted and smelled of ammonia. When we brought this to the waitresses attention, we felt that this complaint fell on deaf ears, she told my wife she should be fine, but she did offer to bring another entree, my wife chose the lobster ravioli and it was superb. Anyone who eats scallops knows that if they taste or smell of ammonia, especially when cooked, it could be indicative that they are spoiled. We were so eager and excited to dine at Betinni. We received rave reviews from friends and people we met in Martha’s. Unfortunately the service was very inattentive. We ordered drinks which took forever to come. When our main meal was delivered no one came to offer seasonings or see if it was good. My husbands pasta was luke warm. But the main disappointment was where they sat us! We were seated at the very last table against the wall in back of restaurant. It was the worst table in the place, lost without service. Service not good. Seated us late for our reservation with no overly concern for us. Server was unsolicitous even borderline rude. We were charged for a $92 bottle of wine instead of one glass. Of course this was corrected since we caught it but with no apologies. Food was fair. Our chicken was pink so we asked for it to be cooked longer and the server acted very put out. It was a disappointing meal overall.

The steak was very salty and the scallops were underdone. When paying top prices I would expect much better. I had been here before and it was great so definitely a disappointment.

Great food , had the filet! server was terrific! Maitredee not that helpful, seemed bothered. Zero help or expertise with wine.though, surprising for suvh a high scale olace. ( no somalier present or available ). Wine by glass selection very mediocre. Desset list limited and deemed lije an afyerthpught. Very noisy. 4.0 rating due too the steak and server! Go too 19 raw instead!

We had to wait 30 minutes for our reserved table. Had a 7:15 reservation, was seated at at table for four at 7;50. Our group of 5 seated at table for 4. Service was slow.
