Combined appointments for trade-in valuation, recall and 42K service. Everything I needed/wanted was completed.
Battery and rear brakes replaced. I also brought the April 21 receipt that showed the oil and filter was changed as a result of an engine repair recall that this app never picked up
Came for a roof basket install. I was told it would take an hour, but it took closer to four hours.
after waiting 2 1/2 hours for a safety inspection. I had to ask if I was going to see my car any time soon. I was informed that the car needed about 2600 dollars worth of repairs in order to pass inspection. Okay great lets do this. But was anyone going to come tell me this if I hadnt come asking. Also why on earth did neither of the previous two visits into the shop find any of these issues.
No communication from dealership to customer. Car was not repaired. Car was not washed. Loaner car was filthy and did not contain full tank of gas. Took car to competitor who a) communicated with customer effectively, b) reviewed the car for repair effectively, c) provided an immaculate loaner car, and d) completed the repair satisfactorily. As a result, Beyer Subaru lost a loyal customer of 20+ years.
Car was serviced on 8-14-2019, got Carfax notice of need to have tires rotated on 8-16 and overdue notice ob 8-18. Still waiting on oil change interval resolution between Carfax and Beyer Auto? They have different schedules?
Hello, in general the service was great. When I picked up my vehicle the windows were not cleaned well and the access cover pin to the drive shift was missing and had to me ordered. This requires me to travel back to the dealership to pick up a missing part. Romulus Darden
I asked for the car to be detailed but that did not happen. I asked for a remote starter price. They promised to provide that but did not.
Installed 4 new tires, but did not balance the tires correctly, and did not perform the alignment as requested.
