Two and a half hours for an inspection when I had an appointment is unacceptable.
Too many changes in car situation from standard oil change last visit to over $12,000 in damage next visit.
I wish my dealer NEVER contracted to work with my-carfax. Scheduling is incorrect and after service updates are not made correctly. PLEASE take me out of this plan.
Took three trips to complete service. Originally booked over one week ahead, when arrived told part not available. Then told part was there but risky to go forward with repair because one chance in one hundred it would not work and i would be delayed, rescheduled, for several days later. when arrived after wait told one chance in a hundred event occurred and car could not be fixed till next day.
I was given bad information from the service department on my cars warranty. I contacted Subaru USA where they sent me to another Subaru dealership where they fully serviced my vehicle under warranty with no issues regardless of my modifications. I will not be returning to Don Beyer Subaru.
Should not take 1 1/2 hours for an oil change
All went very smoothly once the matter of whether or not I needed an appointment for a service plus inspection -- the information online and on the reminder card received implied that an appointment was necessary, which turned out not to be true. Communication turned out to be a bit challenging since the phone number given on the website for the service dept. rang but never was answered. Please check all numbers on the website. (The general number worked and answered my question.)
After telling me that the express oil change would take 90 min, it took almost 3 hours. This is my daughters car. After she got in it, the headlights were off and the interior lights were on. Disappointed
