An oil change and tire rotation took almost 4 hours. We were told it may take 2 hours and a loaner car was offered. We accepted the loaner to run some errands. When we returned after two hours, we were told it would be another hour, which turned into two more hours. The computer system was down that day, so an invoice was not available, we were told one would be emailed to us. After a week and no invoice, I drove back to get it. Plus, the invoice mentioned a car wash which we never received.

Rude staff. No call backs. Service to jump car not reliable. New car, but battery dead twice in 8 days. Say its my fault?????????

Did not provide the dollar credit to my account they said they would the last time I was accidentally overcharged.

Second time in a week the battery went dead and second time I was told the battery was fine. Service department would not replace the battery until I spoke with Gus Casabe who authorized it because Kevin neglected to call me Saturday morning. Took 3 days to get a battery replaced. Service person said that the batteries failed because of all the electronics !!!! Then why not have a battery that supports the electronics? Have joined class action lawsuit against Subaru for poor batteries.
