What I asked to be inspected, was not, even though it states in the maintenance schedule, that those items should Be inspected. No reason given as to why it wasnt done

I went in for a "free" warranty appointment. They charged me $160 for something that I am not sure was needed and tried to get me to do other expensive work.
Had a manufacturer safety recall to rrplace low pressure fuel pump. Waited for recall service on a Friday, then drove home and notided strong odor of gasoline inside car asccwell as difficulty starting engine. Filled tank with gas and fuel gauge registered about 2/3 full. Returned car on Saturday to repair and picked up on Monday. Car still had difficulty starting so returned on Tuesday. Fuel pump had pinch in new gasket that let air into the pump. Finally picked up car on Friday.
Not a great experience. After contacting them, the vehicle won't be sold due to high repair costs, but would I be interested in any of their other cars? Two problems with this. One, the description doesn't fit the reality, once they're contacted. Two, it feels very much like a bait and switch. Why advertise the car online otherwise?
Service was for a recall item. Service done within the time stated.
They took 5 days to rotate my tires. They did perform my safety and inspection for 2020 for free, which is the only reason that this isnt one star. Service was horrible. Avoid the rep named Justin.
They didnt push unnecessary/early repairs.
Did not inform me when the car was ready, then I had to wait over an hour for the car to be washed, after the rep said they were finishing up the wash.
