They charged me for unauthorized service. Tightened the lugs so tight that we broke two studs getting them off.
Scheduled an appointment right away. Told me how long my car would take to service. Kept to that schedule.
As the last pre-paid service, they did everything they possibly could to maintain the vehicle. They also got me to and from the dealership effortlessly.
i scheduled an appointment around their availability to supply me with a loaner vehicle while working on my car. I arrived on the scheduled date and time only to find they did not have a vehicle for me. I was told "sorry, but the appointment should only take about an hour and a half if you would like to wait". I declined sitting in their wait area and asked for a ride home so i could make arrangements for my day. I was notified about 5 hours after i dropped my vehicle off that it was ready.
I'd like to know who was driving my car and what service it received--none of the services listed or the date in question are accurate for the most recent review. I wonder how to report an inaccurate report?
This is the second time that I pay for a service they charged the money but no services performed. I requested to top off the fluids, none of them were performed this is last time!
Customer service was not satisfactory!
The service was three of four stars. This stupid review is worth one or two f*^#ng stars. Why can I not use Subaru's former serious survey instead of this pointless form? It's a waste of my time. Does Subaru know that D Beyer does not ask real questions any longer? Quality customer service used to be the last thing about which representatives asked....
