Easily the worst company I've ever dealt with. Their interaction with my ex husband resulted in a default for me, and being forced into an agreement I didn't want, having to consolidate cards I didn't want to consolidate. I still can't get a credit card due to this. Worst experience, horrible company.

The only positive thing to say is that my debt is cleared. This; however, was not from the assistance of DCS but as a result of a cash windfall through ceasing employment and collecting my Super. DCS FAILED to act in a hasty manner which in turn resulted in my debtors creating negative comments on my credit history. DCS FAILED to negotiate, with any motivation, with my debtors and took excessive time to organise a repayment plan as advertised and promised. In the whole period I dealt with dcsnaside from statements I didn't not hear a word from them ... This was because I guess I never missed one payment nor gave them reason to call
Disappointed at no stage of negotiations was I told that it would end up the same as declaring myself bankrupt

At the start and setting up the account the company is great, however you don't get a lot of correspondence thru out the term of the contract. I would never like to be in that situation again, and as this came out of a divorce I don't see it happening again.
It was a hard decision, and the budget was left so tight that I could not have coped over several years. I was fortunate that it was paid off by a family member or I don't know what I would have done. I think it needs to be thought out a little better; I was almost at breaking point by the time it was paid.
I wasn't given all the facts. Had no idea my status after embarking on this would be like a bankruptcy status. So I may as have just gone bankrupt instead of being broke for 4 years
