Wow we all went yesterday for my mums birthday and had very great service! I forget the waitresses name but she was right on us whenever we needed anything. Orders came out all together and exactly accurate and hot! Yes the prices were pretty high still but we all had enough food to even share when the kids wanted to try the adults entrees. This is one of the best big boys we constantly come here for breakfast the southern omelet is the best thing with the sausage gravy on top always hits the spot. Of course the burgers for dinner are always amazing and huge! The staff is always super friendly and nice and the establishment is always clean. Like I said one of my favorite big boys will always come here.
We had lunch with a friend today at the Big Boy Restaurant in Warren. I got the Meat Lover's Omelette with a side of hotcakes and hash brown. The omelette was delicious and was packed with meat. Inside the omelet was ham and sausage, with bacon pieces sprinkled on the top. I got lots of meat with each bite, which I absolutely loved as a meat lover. This location was very clean and modern (newly renovated). Our server, Jennifer, was super kind and her service was very professional and speedy fast. We ordered the hot fudge dessert. It was a little over $5 for a large portion that could easily fill 4 people. Highly reccomend this Big Boy location -- it's one of the better ones!
What happened to Big Boy?!! I used to love this place. They used to serve their food on PLATES. Don't like the baskets with paper lining. Miss the salad bar. The atmosphere has become rushed, i.e., eat up and get out. It used to be a reasonably priced family dinner environment where both adults and kids were happy with their dinner selections. Disappointed in the new business model.
12 mile Warren Big Boy is officially BACK OPEN! It is so beautiful inside. Clean cut. So nice. Modern but still warm and welcoming. No breakfast or salad bar, but that makes sense because of Covid. Love
Went there for breakfast/lunch. Great memories coming here (not this specific location) in general. Hanna our waitress was great.
The size of the salmon was just right. Very tender and tasty. Rice was moist and the salmon on top of it. The waitress was so pleasant. Looking forward to having this seafood meal again soon and I hope they keep it on the menu.
This location was fairly busy during lunch. Definitely go with time to spare. Everything was delicious and the server was friendly. From what i am told, it is comparable to Shoneys. My husband got the chicken fried steak and it was very tender. I ordered the strawberry blue cheese wrap (seasonal) and the flavors were good but nothing spectacular.
