Very frustrated with the customer service, I had a carry out on 12/16, when I got home realized that I had been shorted 2 desserts that I had paid for, I called and talked to a employee named Lacy, explained that I didn't want to go back out, and she told me she would take my name and let the manager know that I would be I on Wednesday to get them, when I came in I was given a hard time, and they refused to give them to me because even though I was assured by a employee that it wouldn't be a issue. Took our kids up there for the very first time. Wasn't expecting anything fancy but the boys just wanted the kids fruity pebble pancakes with vanilla ice cream icing on it. We put in our order 15min later they come back saying they don't have most of the stuff my gf had to pick something else. They said they had no more fruity pebbles so the boys chose strawberry and cookies and cream. Went to Big Boy today and the food was good. When we got ready to pay the bill it was $47. We paid the bill and left a & 2.00 tip because she came over 2 times. When we got home and looked at the bill SAMANTHA the waitress gave herself a 67.00 tip. First time to come here. Breakfast buffet at $15.99 per person is not worth spending especially if you come 2 hours before buffet closes. Food isnt fresh anymore.. The server Cheyanne looks like she didnt want to be there. When I tried to order dessert for my daughter and had asked if we had an option to choose what side of ice cream for the apple pie, she had that annoyed look on her face that I will mever forget.. Bad food, bad customer service I order Philly cheese steak sandwich It was Old and bad meat and I told the girl to take it back I don't want it. They charge me for it and they didn't bring a fresh one Plus, I order chicken sandwich crispy was not cooked. Good I can't believe I pay almost $35 on food I didn't eat. They charge me a lot. Never again. Salad bar was lame. Pasta salad tasted like cardboard, as well as the broccoli salad. Never saw waitress after we got our food. She walked by numerous times with our dirty plates stacked in front of us. Had to flag down another waitress for dessert, husband asked if she could remove our plates, she only removed his, but left mine in front of me. We went and got seated. After waiting for a few minutes a waitress came and told us they were too busy and Couldn't take our order!!
Ordered a breakfast carry-out. I ordered the eggs over medium and bacon well done. The eggs were basically hardboiled. The yolk was so over heard that I literally Punched it and and when the egg cracked, the whole inside was the same color of yellow and texture of a hardboiled egg. The bacon was still oinking. Placed an order online, picked up, got home and was missing 1 super big boy combination and 2 onion rings. Can't horde good help anymore. They do not pay attention!
