This one was a bust. My hubby ordered the "hand breaded" chicken strips. They were clearly frozen and he said they were pretty gross. My food was passable. It was warm when it came, which wasn't surprising as I was with a sizable party. My breakfast was just ok. Nothing spectacular. The service was good and our waitress was very accommodating when she found my spouse's meal wasn't to his liking. He was offered the buffet and found something to eat there. I'll give this one a pass in the future.

Worst place to eat, not clean at all, I found a hair inside my food. When I talk to the manager he was very rude.

It's okay for quick meal. Was disappointed with the price. I reseed a veggie omelette with chicken added, the charge was 18 dollars, freaking ridiculous. Of course you got the standard hash browns and toast with it, which I never eat. They insisted it came with the meal. The omelet was good, but not 30 dollars worth of good .

My dinner was terrible - food cold, old and not entirely cooked. Normally they're great, so I called the next morning about it and the morning manager was CRAZY, mean and unapologetic. She told me that the food was supposed to come half cooked. I asked for corporate's number and she informed me that the night manager would have to "deal with it" because it "happened when he was here". My girlfriend ordered by phone and when she arrived to pick the food up, they told her that she did not order. Even after she showed them the call log on her phone, the proceeded to make her feel embarrassed about the whole situation and she had to wait for our order. Never going here again.

At a long day of work me and my daughter came in very hungry The servicer wasnt really on her game she forgot a lot of our stuff, never came back for refills, we couldn't even talk to any of them when we need something now let's just say the food was so bad I had a carry out and have to cancel it and went to rams horn... Let's just say I'm never going back

I would give less stars of possible. My 3 year old son had a break down after flying back to michigan from Las Vegas at the restaurant so I took him away from our party of 8.. Yes 8! Including his Grandparents, his uncle from florida, and 2 others aside from me, my wife and him. We went out to the front of the big boys, just inside the door, where I called him down enough to bring him in... The only reason I gave this review 2 stars is because the staff is amazing and very accommodating. Otherwise one-zero stars for the experience. I am a regular customer and came in for dinner last night. Ordered the big meaty scramble a new item on the menu. After waiting a long while our food arrived and the waitress placed my plate down with what was the equivalent of a child size portion hardly anything on the plate and the food was made wrong. I have NEVER had such BAD service and food in my life, my onion rings were so bad I sent them back and still I may have had 5 on my plate and nasty, and the funny thing the manager came over bragging how they are the only one that make their own onion rings so we ordered them with a slim jim that also was terrible really this place was bad me and my husband are not the type to complain we just leave but we had to say something to the manager and he took off price of onion rings that was not the point but....then you have a ... read more
