My husband and I came here for dinner tonight. We were seated quickly, but they never came over to take our order. The family that were seated 5 minutes after us had their drinks and still no one came over to take our order. We both work 2nd shift and were on our lunch. We didn't have any more time to wait so we left. We won't be back.
Waited 45 minutes to get our food. 3 people sat down after us and were served first. Didn't get silverware until after our food arrived and we had to ask for it. It took quite a while to be seated.
I came 3 times prior to this review and I honestly believe this the customer service as well as food have went down hill. The First time I came after reopening I thought "well maybe they're still trying to get back into it" but it's been 4 months since my first visit and they truly haven't picked up the ball. I am truly disappointed at the service as well as food. I would not recommend this establishment save your money.
The music was so loud that we couldn't hear our friend that we were with. Asked to turn it down and was ignored. I saw our food sitting up by the kitchen for 5 minutes before our waitress brought it to us. Fries were warm. Our bill got messed up and took another 15 min to get it straight. I will never go back there again. The swiss miss was very good thankfully.
I found this location to be very unfriendly and they seem to care less about customer satisfaction. As a previous Big Boy General Manager, I had high hopes for this location when they reopened. But I was treated so poorly and was completely ignored when I submitted a compliant about treatment and being shorted items in my carryout order. I can say for sure that I will never return, and that I will share this experience with any and everyone I encounter.
I had high hopes for this big boys since they just reopened. Unfortunately my family was disappointed. My daughter ordered Fish and Chips the hush puppies were over cooked, the fish tasted horrible and there was a hair in the batter. Needless to say she did not eat. I had mashed potatoes the brown gravy looked and tasted like it was in the pot since yesterday. The Mac and cheese was soggy. I could go on and on but the bottom line is we won't be back. The only good thing was the service.
Ordered take out tonight and we're very disappointed. Food was 30 minutes late. Items were missing from our order. Portions were small. And somehow the food was still cold. Will not be returning.
Big boy on Dixie highway, Michigan went in today Sunday Father's Day ordered a slim Jim combo and noticed they had strawberry pie for 99 cent with any purchase. So we ordered the pie to go because we wanted it for later. Comes time for the pie and they say if you want it to go it is not 99 cents. It is for dine in only "What" we just got done dining in your restaurant. No where.in the advertisement does it say we cant take it with us after we dine in. Will never come here again. Owner is rude and pompous, he thinks he is the owner of a 5 star, hundred dollar a plate restaurant.
