Big Boy needs to get serious about giving larger serving portions to justify what they charge for the menu fare.
This place is an absolute mess. I ordered take out and had to go back because they gave us the completely wrong food. I tried to call (6 times) and no one would pick up the phone. I get back to get the correct food and they still managed to mess up the order, but I was out of patience so I left. It wasn't even one of their busier days either so I'm not sure why they couldn't seem to get their act together. And it's completely unacceptable that they have no way of contacting them when things go wrong.
HORRIBLE! Dine dash'd breakfast and they missed half my order and big boy said "either come pick it up urself or I can't help u" I explained I had kids at home I was sending food too and that's why I couldn't but the waitress couldn't do anything and after being on hold 10 minutes the manager failed to ever get on the phone at all and just kept sending her back to me over and over.
Went here Thursday evening for the first time they weren't to busy. The host clearly was annoyed by my family being there. She sat us without saying a word and just a disgusted face. We sat down and reviewed the menu patiently which is hard to do with a 5 an 3 year old. Everyone starts losing there patients after about 15 mins of not being greeted multiple members of the staff passed us and didn't even acknowledge us. We opted out and went to Culver's! If I could give 0 stars I would. Culver's for the win!!
I want a big boy this morning and ordered a simple breakfast one egg hash browns and toast it came out of the kitchen the toast was not even toasted the eggs and hash browns were cold my son ordered soup only it never came out terrible experience
If I could put - 10 stars I would. I worked at BB when I was young and love the food. I stopped in this location on a whim, (in the area), the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. there was hair in my salad, my slim Jim was cold and clearly thrown together and not even pressed, the fries were shriveled, brown and cold so clearly old and I couldn't even send it back or complain because the server never came back to my table. I left a review on Google but it was removed. I was going to try this place again but since my opinion does not matter I will not. Food was great, waiter was awesome and place was clean but had a bad experience with an older woman staff member with a very shrill loud voice.
This big boy store in particularly isn't clean, the store is in the middle of car garage and animals shelters also the restaurant staff aren't wearing gloves.
Dessert menu item, strawberry short cake, was misleading. The description indicated "biscuit" with strawberry topping, and fresh strawberries...but what was received, a yellow cake of some sort. Very small, stale tasting, and hard. 3 strawberries on the cake; frozen and not sweetened. The dessert was packaged to go, so we were unaware of how it presented.
