This used to be my favorite Big Boy. However, my last three carry outs were awful. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and they looked old, like they had been sitting out for several hours, disgusting. Today, a slim Jim and Fries. They changed the ham, it was several layers stacked, not one traditional piece of ham browned and pressed with Swiss in the bun. First two were quality of food, today was taste. Not what I was expecting and very disappointing. 3 strikes your out! Never coming back, sadly.
Received a delivery and the food was burnt and just awful. Will not be ordering from this location again.
The worst visit to Big Boy ever. No meat spaghetti sauce so no chicken or meal parmesan, no loaded mac n cheese and the worst Big Boy and fries. Fries were barely warm and soggy and the burger patties were smaller than McDonald's hamburger patties. The lettuce and sauce were almost non existent and the waitress asked if we wanted refills on our drinks and my wife said no so she left me with an empty drink. Asked for ketchup and never got any.
Waiter was great the food not so much it the bun was burnt 2 times in a row the french fries sucked and they they completely messed up on on the rest of the order cold chili food wasnt great menu was half ass. quality of the food was horrible would not visit again
We placed a pickup order today and were very disappointed with the measures the restaurant is taking given the current environment. The sign on the door clearly says call in your order and we'll meet you at the door no one is allowed inside. The lady who helped us came out to our car to ask our name without a mask on and asked us to come inside to get our order. That left me touching the door, touching the credit card machine, the counter and the pen. I'm done with Big Boys...
Horrible food. The picture in the menu looks vreat but damn if they have a good cook to recreate the picture! I couldn't finish it. I chucked the doggy box into the closest trash can! The Waitress was amazing though!!
Big Boy needs to get serious about giving larger serving portions to justify what they charge for the menu fare.
This place is an absolute mess. I ordered take out and had to go back because they gave us the completely wrong food. I tried to call (6 times) and no one would pick up the phone. I get back to get the correct food and they still managed to mess up the order, but I was out of patience so I left. It wasn't even one of their busier days either so I'm not sure why they couldn't seem to get their act together. And it's completely unacceptable that they have no way of contacting them when things go wrong.
HORRIBLE! Dine dash'd breakfast and they missed half my order and big boy said "either come pick it up urself or I can't help u" I explained I had kids at home I was sending food too and that's why I couldn't but the waitress couldn't do anything and after being on hold 10 minutes the manager failed to ever get on the phone at all and just kept sending her back to me over and over.
