Stopped for brunch. My husband ordered Strawberry Pancakes Special a side of sausages and I ordered a Big Boy, salad and onion rings. Service was good except she forgot the sausages and we had to wait to get them. We are seniors and ended up with carry outs. As we were paying our bill which was over $30, I asked for a piece of strawberry pie to go because it was on special for $1.99. Very bad experience! We arrived at 6:55 pm, waited probably 5 minutes before we were sat. All the employees were stand behind the counter laughing and talking to each other. That should have been our sign to turn around and leave but I really felt like their spaghetti. After we were finally sat we were placing our orders and I was informed they were out of spaghetti noodles but I could get penne pasta instead. Service is horrible. Nobody greets you when you walk in and none of the employees running around want to look or acknowledge you. Once seated 10 minutes with no water or welcome so I left. This is not the Big Boy that I grew up going to.

Costumer service was terrible. Waitresss didn't even introduce hersel, seats dirt, minimal food portions. 0/10 do not recommend.

I have loved Big Boy for all my 62 years, but they have ruined the franchise by changing their menu too much: changing from crinkle-cut / large French fries to mini fries and their onion rings from cornmeal batter to whatever it is now---and both are served undercooked and soggy. They took the country fried chicken and mashed potatoes dinner off the menu, which my wife and I LOVED, and raised their prices way higher that they should be. Went to catch up with family and the waitress-Margaret, didn't place or order out of 15 people. Wtf! She took our order first and everyone was eating and she didn't even notice we didn't have our food! Then had the never to ask what we ordered!! Really! Then she brought the food even though I told her we didn't want it. Never will I visit that Big boy again

I am EXTREMELY disappointed. They advertised bingo monday and 5:30 on their sign outside and me and my family have been looking forward to coming for weeks now. It is spring break for us so we decided let's go play some bingo or so we thought. We got there and asked if they were doing bingo the kind young man told us that they were on the phone with management trying to figure it out but that they probably would be playing bingo. Ordered the BBQ Bacon burger, without BBQ sauce, comes with onion rings that were not cooked all the way and were soggy. At first i wasn't sure if it was the food or my stomach acting up, but i was unable to finish my food and had to bring it home. After eating the leftovers and getting sick again from it i can confirm there was something off about the burger. The onion rings were so underdone they were inedible. Stopped by at 7:24pm on a Tuesday and was refused seating. Hours say they close at 8pm but I guess they didn't feel like working the full shift that night. *shurg*
