Always outstanding food and service the location in valley view. The Big Boy burger is why i go here and it never disappoints.

I have been to this Bob's big boy for many decades and I can go all the way back to when there was one of these restaurant called Manners in Maple Heights. For 60 years, I have ordered the same Diamond Jim (which is now called the Slim Jim ) with an order of breaded mushrooms. I had both today. Wife and I had Big Boy's , She had onion rings, I had fries and coleslaw and 2 drinks. Service was excellent, food was good, place is clean and bill was $20 w/o tip.

The service was okay but they were having problems with their computer system and not prepared for the special they were running. The tables were sticky and the carpet which is old and dirty had trash and food all over it and when people left they didn't bus the tables just let the filth sit there.
Same Big Boy burgers so delish!!! My go to stop from Cleveland Hopkins when coming to Cleveland
After service at Church of the North Coast, we headed across the street to Bob's Big Boy. We were seated right away. Service was great and fast. The ambiance is nostalgic. It is like taking a trip back in time. I had a great burger. It was juicy, hot and fresh lettuce, tomato and red onion. The bacon was very crispy and full of flavor. The fries were fresh and hot too. My mom in law had the chicken stir fry which is her favorite. It is a great value for the money. Next time I plan get a shake!
Food was great. Service was fast and friendly, and the ambience was great not very many people easy to get into wheelchair friendly.
The big boy burger is still one of the best. Service was ok. It was busy so it did take a while to get things. Overall it's good food for the price.
