I got their breakfast and it was fair. The eggs had water in them, my biscuit with gravy was cold and my toast had so much butter that it oozed out a lot when I bit into it. I really only enjoyed my home fries and orange juice.

i think the restaurant has good points about it. My girlfriend and I like to stop here before seeing a movie up at valley view. we both get double decker burgers (i get mine with bacon) the service was fine, not stellar. The burgers were delicious though and also they weren't that pricey our meal was about $18-19 for the two of us. So if your looking for an average american restaurant that isn't too expensive with ok food then this restaurant is for you. Maybe having a bad day? Tables dirty, menu very dirty and sticky. No French fries available due to delayed delivery. Not enough fresh lettuce on dry burger. Service was good

if I could not give this a star I would. this place sucks. I didnt get what I ordered. the pop was flat and food was cold and very dry. the selling is moldy and bathrooms smell like eggs. the pancakes were hard. they put sauce on burgers we didn't want sauce on. terrible. wish I could give 0 stars. service was alright.

Once a staple of my diet decades ago, I was lured back for the December menu price reduction and got Big Boys w/fries to go. As I waited for my food, I scanned the room and it looked frozen in time from the '70s. Had a chuckle as the phone rang about 25 times before it was picked up. There were plenty of staff in constant movement...just no desire to answer the phone. Got the food home and....eh. My burger bun was so soggy it appeared to have been dipped in water. I spen 42.oo with tip 50total for 2 eggs 2 small pancakes cold potatoes and like out of freezer and a pop for 3.00.my friend had a burger with onion rings.with water.my pop was flat no carb at all.what a ripp.

I went to the Big Boy at 130th and Brookpark. Floors were gross, my feet were sticking to them and even sticking to the carpet that was worn out. The food was ok but tasted like it was pulled from the freezer and deep fried. I use to eat here as a kid but won't be back to this one again. I will say the waitress we had was friendly and stopped by every so often to see if we needed anything.

Went with our 2 year old grandson and were taken to a table, we asked for a booth because my husband has a bad back is a bug guy and needs more support so we asked for a booth. The girl sat us at one and just walked away. We were waiting for a highchair and she walked by 3 times ignoring us. I stopped her and asked about the highchair. She said very snotty we could not have one because the booths are in isles. We never had that issue before as they usually put us in the atrium. Coleslaw sucks. Shakes suck. Floors are so dirty!!!!! Yank that filthy carpet up! Clean the wooden counter and the booth dividers!!! Ever hear of side work???
