Big Bully Turf laid Turf around our pool. We had just finished the pool & cool decking. They assured me the cool decking would not be damaged. I had paid a down payment of $1000, then 1/2 of the balance before the project was underway. They finished around the last week of May & and contacted me for the final payment of $1984. There were many chips on the new cool decking, so I told them I would gladly pay, but not till the cool decking was repaired. I made the final ck out on June 6. They sent someone out that very day. We had our turf / concrete installed in May 2022. Loved everything when it was first done. First, we weren't too happy that the new concrete was a lot darker than our already existing concrete, even though we were reassured it would lighten to match. Last year we started to notice holes under the turf in certain areas (within a year of it being laid). Now walking on the turf we have multiple holes throughout. I had big bully turf installed at my home based on Karlas' commercial advertising it's not as hot for pets, and it doesn't carry an odor from your pets urine. I have three small dogs who are use to pissing on the grass. In less than two months I cannot sit on my back patio without the whiff of dog urine. To test how hot the turf gets, I took my shoe off to see how hot the turf gets (going on the ads the "pink" underside is cooler) to the feet. We'll tell that to my feet let along my dogs' paws. Big Bully Turf - Las Vegas This has been the worst experience with any home improvement company we've ever had in the last 30 years. 20,000 dollar project and they left us hanging. The design was beautiful and we were very excited to get this started.Very poor communication and customer service. Our project was left unfinished and still to this day not done. Seemed like a scam artist. Got my work done for 1/5 the cost. Check elsewhere before hiring! These guys prey on people that don't know about turf. Evergreen Landscapes hooked me up with warranty on product and Labor! No BS used car salesman like Big Bully. Now I know why they got the name.....

We had artificial turf installed last fall. The process went quickly; the crew started in the early morning and were done by 4 pm that day. However, now that the days are getting warmer, we've noticed real grass coming up through the turf. We've made several calls to the company to inquire/complain about this and we keep getting told that they will pass the information on to the sales agent. It's now been three months and still no one has reached out with a solution to this problem. We are not happy.
