In the beginning it sounded like a dream come true. Made the appt for a sales guy to come out, first red flag was he was hours late to the appt and failed to call to communicate this. I had to call in to find out what was going on. A consultation had been previously scheduled with this company for 07-07-2025, at 2:00 p.m. No one from the company showed. We called the business number later that afternoon to see if we had the date or time incorrect. We did not. The individual we spoke to confirmed we had an appointment, but he couldn't explain why no one failed to appear. The consultation was rescheduled for 07-10-2025, at 2:00 p.m. No one from the company appeared on that date, either.

I have to agree with another review that says the only thing good about Big Bully Turf is the finished product. They do mislead about the installers being employees (they were not), about the sales person being onsite to guide the installers (he wasn't and the installers could not read the diagram) about my not having to be there for the installation (if I hadn't been they would be done the install incorrectly). I had a consultation & I wasn't happy w/the quote. One piece of turf measuring 14 x 14 ft and one tree for $7,500. And he tells me this is with 25% off but since it's Cinco de Mayo he'll give me 35% off if I put a down pyt that day. This kind of car salesman hustle practice is such a con. It's hard to give a good review when they failed to keep their appointment with me. I was scheduled. I got a confirmation text confirming the time and asking me to set aside 45 minutes for the consultation. They didn't show. They didn't call or email explaining that they would be late or ask to reschedule. Any company that does not respect my time doesn't deserve my money.

Honestly disappointed. It's been almost a year later. The product looks great but I'm noticing a lot of shedding, especially around the edges of the artificial turf. The salesperson was nice and accommodating but the installers who installed the turf were uncommunicative and rude, especially when I called to ask for clarification about when they were coming back to finish the job. I didn't appreciate the attitude.

THE ONLY THING WORTH RATING ABOUT BIG BULLY TURF IS THAT IT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFUL! With that being said, THEY MISLEAD, LIE, and DECEIVE YOU to get the sale! Be careful, as they do not explain things well as far as getting your rebate process and you will get screwed from getting your rebate. When you call the office to ask questions about it they do not return your call. As far as the turf and installation I am happy with that. But losing a $2900 dollar rebate I am angry! Just an update.
