Product great. Communication terrible. Salesman are great at their jobs. The communication from them to the contracted workers is not good at all. I have been professional and tried multiple times to communicate face to face, written, text etc. and there are just so many communication errors, I can't help but write this bad review.

This is a terrible company. We had them do a small project in our backyard. The "employees" stole from us and the company refuses to do anything about it. At this point they have started ignoring my calls. I would recommend using literally any other turf company in Las Vegas. DON'T DO IT!!! Deceptive! They don't care once they receive your money! Do not use this company! They change their square footage price depending on the size of the project! It should be the same no matter what size project you have! THEY LIE about the temperature of the turf! They yell me to wet the turf! EXCUSE ME?! Why get turf if I have to still water it!!! I'm going to the BBB next, then further, if I don't get help with the issues that I have already addressed with them! So far, I've been ignored!

I would honestly say our experience with big bully turf was a bit rough to say the least. Be warned that the sales department is great but after that, it falls downhill. I think we maybe talked to our project coordinator once and he seemed almost irritated that he had made contact with us. After that we never saw him again. I made an appointment and was reminded by text so often it was annoying. I responded to one of the many texts that I needed to reschedule and was told I could not do it on line needed to call a toll free number. So I said please cancel then and was told I couldn't do that either. So I called to cancel and was asked for my info by numerous people because I was transferred from person to person. Seemed desperate to me. Just beware dealing with these people.

The overall project is a lot better than what we had. But not what we were expecting. There was a few misunderstandings and the crew had to come back to cap the old water system as it was creating a sinkhole in our turf.

I am giving 1 star because of the unprofessionalism I experienced. I will say that the quality of the product and the installer teams were wonderful but the "higher ups" don't care about the customer. I live in an HOA and all of the guidelines were provided prior to installation. on installation day, the person who sold the project to me was supposed to be there, no one showed up and I later found out he was fired (not by the company) no one was reappointed to my project and no one showed up. They installed turf there was a flaw in the turf and replaced it. several neighbors put turf in from people that seemed just to be landscapers. when finished the turf was bumpy and the stitching obvious just gmcrap. Big bully was not the cheeper's bid but the turf and instillation was superior. We have a modest home but if we had a multi million dollar home i would want the best.

Unhappy, and very disappointed. Cannot recommend. I regret hiring this company. I hope that if you hire them for your yard project, that they don't disappoint you too.
