Big Bully Turf was amazing! Super grateful for their work on our property! From the first meeting, through the planning process and execution they were amazing! Vince was amazing to work with. He engaged with our family and made the best suggestions for our yard. Some things I didn't even think of and his ideas were amazing! Had such a seamless and fantastic experience with Big Bully Turf. I dealt with Vince Sager who made the entire process completely hassle free. From booking the appointment, to arrive time, efficiency, done ahead of schedule, from start to finish was perfect. Luis was part of the installation process and was extremely polite and professional. Would absolutely recommend. 5
Was so impressed with the work they did in your yard. Not the cheapest company, but by far the best. I think you get what you pay for. The quality of the materials is outstanding. They did the whole job, front yard and back, in a week. My yard is the best on my street

Turf looks great, but the install was not handled well, project manager never arrived the day of install. Coordination was very poor, called Bully Turf the day before installation and couldn't get an arrival time or even confirm our appointment. Day of install was the same resonse, didn't know the install was actually happening, until they arrived with material. Work completed and all workers departed, no notice that work was completed. Disappointed because everything seemed to be going great however the job was never complete, it's been months of trying to get it done and being ignored and dismissed. avoiding scheduling and now saying just look at warranty.
