My wife and I have seen the TV commercials for Big Bully Turf. Then we went to a home improvement show, and they had a booth setup there, so we made an appointment for someone to come out for a free quote. Bryan came out the following day. He was on time for the scheduled appt. He is very professional and explained in detail about the pricing and warranty and brought two sample pieces of turf. Part 1: Initial consultation - Vince was professional, experienced and knowledgeable in the product and laying out the area design where we wanted to put the turf. Can't wait for them to come back for the installation.
Our project turned out beautifully. Better than expected. Mike was an amazing sales person and the team that installed our pavers and turf were amazing . Be realistic though.. turf is not grass. Ours is beautiful, however , it is still warm to walk on in 100 degrees weather
Doug came out and gave us a price quote, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made us feel comfortable with our decision to have turf installed without making us feel pressured. Highly recommend Big Bully Turf and their team of professionals!

Brian from Big Bully Turf came to our house today and came up with a beautiful plan for our backyard. I am excited for the work to start. They made it so affordable with major discounts and a low interest loan.
We purchased this product in the fall of 2025. By December (2025), our GSD puppy had worn a path in the turf by running through it. A representative inspected the worn area, and we were later advised that the damage was caused by our dog (duh), and was not covered under warranty. The product is misrepresented during the sales process. The name itself ("Big Bully Turf") is misleading. This is VERY inferior product. DO NOT BUY THIS TURF IF YOU OWN DOGS THAT PLAY IN YOUR YARD! That is correct we don't cover any pets or pest damages to the turf under Warranty however we are happy to service your property to help mitigate these issues. The Warranty & Service department offered an estimate however this proposal was declined, there was no response as to accept services.
