DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE DOGS OR KIDS! The first few days were great until I saw my dog was able to just pull the nails out of the ground. 15 min. later, half my turf was ruined. I was told durring the sales process that they have never had any issues with animals pulling the turf up and it wont happen. They were wrong. I reached out to the only point of contact I had and it took them a week to come out and get it "fixed". We had set up an appointment to have somebody come out and give us an estimate for our turf project. The appointment was originally set for 4 pm, nobody called or showed up at that time. At 5 pm I received a call that they were running behind but somebody would be there shortly. We then received a text message at 5:10 pm saying they were running behind but can be here by 6:30.
