I made an appointment with big bully Turf on their website. I confirmed my appointment via text with their sales person. Well the appointment time came and they no call no showed me. I texted the sales person with no response. I guess they don't want my business! I also just read the reviews communication seems to be a reoccurring issue!

Buyer beware. Please understand the company you are doing business with. My elderly parents decided to turf their yard because they are no longer physically capable of taking care of the yard themselves. Unfortunately they hired Big Bully Turf. Big Bully Turf came and installed turf at my parents house and blocked the street with cones so they could put materials next to the house. My parents received a $1,000 fine in the mail for obstruction of traffic. My parents provided the citation, pics and date of the infraction to Bi... read more

sloppy work and poor communication. Had to reschedule for them to come out to fix their sloppy work multiple times. No updates when no one show up as scheduled and I have to call to find out that no one will be showing on the date scheduled. I have to spend hours cleaning up the rocks/sand on the driveway and removing rocks that are thrown on my agave after they leave. No follow up after the project is completed. Our prior turf (NOT done by Big Bully) lasted for 12 years and still looked almost brand new. We only replaced it due to the base (gravel, ground rubber, etc.) under the turf washing out under our patio walls. Now I wish we had kept the old turf. After only three years the Big Bully turf looks warn out, lumpy and uneven.

The sales pitch did not come close to what we were told to expect. We found this to be one of the worst experiences with a contractor that we have ever employed. It was a complicated project and the communication and lack of supervision and job performance was terrible.

Are you kidding the worst experience I've every had from sales to Mr. big Bully which is a perfect name. I'm still trying to to get my deposit back. No work was done no supplies were ordered because they told me they couldn't finance me. Use any company but not this one. Kimberly must have been fired because she told me I would get my full deposit mailed to me and now Hanna won't return my call. I will not quit until I receive my deposit. I was super excited about my new turf but the sales man got my order wrong and it was not finished on the date scheduled. Instead I was left with a muddy mess on my patio which created issues with rocks and pebbles. Having 5 puppies you can see the issue. Non the less they did have a 48 hour turn around but did not offer any discount due to the delay. After the work was completed it looked amazing but at a closer look you can see small gaps in the installation and not sure if it will cause issues in the future. Thank god for... read more

My yard turned out great but the customer service after to fix a few easy but important issues have been horrific. Install was in April and they have blown me off ever since. Apparently they have all the time in the world for installs but are way too busy for the follow up. This makes me question how they prioritize warranty issues.

Updating my review for Big Bully Turf. So, a year later I get a call that I need to pay the balance for my partial job done, due to a misunderstanding. I would have been happier if they had just completed the job that I asked to be done. A good while back I got a call for the rest of the payment. I told them the issue that I described in my unhappy review. They said, we don't want you to pay, if you are unsatisfied with the job. Even though I have the money.
