I needed service from the contractor and I never got a call back from Big Bully Turf after paying over 14k I have been reaching out and no call back and will not honor there contract so I had to pay someone else to do the the job. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT After talking with the VP of BBT we had reach an agreement and he will make everything right. I'm banking on his word. BBT can do good work if you have the right crew

In July 2024 big bully turf installed artificial turf to the front and backyard of my home. This is how they left it. The front yard contact was made with them several times. Week after week calls were placed. Text messages sent to them they all went ignored by them once the job was completed a walk-through was done. We pointed out the wooden blocks still in the yard. The product is nice, but the company's communication and installation are abysmal. 1. I had to hound them to set up an installation date - no one reached out to me at any time. 2. When they were preparing to do the install, the day before they dropped off a huge roll of turf and blocked my driveway so we had to drive over a curb to leave the house. 3. After recieving many calls trying to sell the project and agreeing to use their service, plus paying a deposit, they stopped communicating completely. The work was to be done at an apartment with tenants and I needed a tenative schedule and timeline to share with the occupants. After numerous calls leaving messages asking for a call back I finally reached out and informed the saleperson I was cancelling the job. I contacted the company online to come out and give me a quote. A day later they reached out to me and we set an appointment date of 9/17. On 9/16 they called and said they needed my address via phone call and text. I called back, provided the info and was told my appointment was set. I also received an email stating the same. my turf turned out great . Darin was great at his job which is selling. can't say the same project manager David. During my final walk though I showed him the damaged sprinkler. He promised to have someone come to repair. Water was leaking everywhere. This was back in June, 2024. Currently I'm still waiting for a repair!! numerous phone calls and emails. Still nothing. very , very frustrating and disappointing. I spent 25k on it. It should be pristine.

Hello, When the grass was being put in, I stopped them because they used odd-shaped pieces of grass. I thought it would be one piece. They never said it wouldn't be one piece. I would have paid for the extra. They said that is how you do it. If I weren't happy, you would come and fix it. Then, the project manager looked at the grass installation, and I told him I was dissatisfied with the grass. As you can see in the picture, the finished project looks ok but I am not completely happy with my choice of Big Bully Turf. I chose them mainly because of the 20% price discount offer. The price discount has been going on for months, despite the tv advertising saying it is a "limited time" offer. Draw your own conclusions. The design included removing a concrete deck around the pool, replacing a path, replacing drains and turf over a large area. Steve reached out four days later after my initial review of an unprofessional quote. Steve gave no o apology or anything. Then when I told him not to contact me he laughed at my message. Good job big bully turf.
