spent over $55k with these guys and they're unprofessional when it comes to their craftsmanship. they definitely have good materials, but try to source your own labor. they have visited 5 times since the "final walkthrough" and they still cant get it right. now they don't answer my calls, and told me if I don't give them final payment they will void my warranty. don't work with these guys.

So disappointing and so frustrating to be told TWO years later that you owe an addl amount where there's a document on file that shows that bank card information was provided to pay that amount that differed from the loan amount which was recently PIF & then threatened with collection's. What happened to the person that had bank card information on hand TWO years ago and was supposed to pay the updated amount? Frustration and stress for the customer. Terrible communication. Their project manager David wasted 4 days of my time when they had to fix the turf they initially installed incorrectly. We had an appointment on the books for 3 months and then when it was time for them to fix the issue David told me that my appointment wasn't moved to the new system and they had to reschedule. I had tried to get ahold of David several days before the appointment and he didn't answer my text or calls until they were already supposed to be there. The Turf is beautiful. However, the company mislead us and told us their finance company was offering a 0% financing option which is one of the reasons I went with them. Of course, when I got my bill, it wasn't 0%. Lesson learned. Double check everything they tell you! Also, on the first job they did we ordered their top of the line turf and they tried to install something that was discontinued. So be there when the turf comes if you hire them!! This place sucks. They don't call back, damaged property with no remorse. The manager Dave promised to fix things... never showed up and didn't return calls. Run far away and don't do business with these incompetent morons. They get their money and then lie about retuning to fix mistakes.

We started looking for artificial turf when our original turf was failing. We reached out to many companies and had them provide routes and went with Big Bully even though they were more expensive. The reason we went with them is that they provided reasons that were important to us with having 6 dogs. The main thing was the said that the infill that they used would reduce the grass heat by around 20% and that if we hosed it down it would be even cooler which is very important in AZ during the summer months. I wanted to give them a better rating but in my experience with a company they will have someone that speaks English there for the completion of the job to make sure you're happy with the job. But that wasn't the case here. I was I wouldn't have any visible seams I have what looks like two seams within 4 feet of each other, and the turf was put down without being stretched the way it should have been stretched. I received a response from the owner and not good enough. We should have been informed about the fence reflection and I have found others who had the same experience. All I have been offered is condolences and you have to pay. Certainly I will continue to warn people and maybe channel 10 has a story here. Have 2 others in my community claiming the same thing and I haven't even tried hard.

As soon as they got paid they became practically unreachable. The quality of the finishes was poor and very sloppy. Their project manager even admitted "they could've done it better". But higher management refused to take responsibility, or even come to see the job done in person. Not even a single apology, nothing. The crooked edges appear ALL AROUND the entire project.
