Loved the BigBully tv commercial. But the advertising is false, they don't stand by their services or product. Requested multiple times to get putting green repaired, due to installation left a line down the center of the green. Called and emailed for repair. Was told someone will be out to repair. Still waiting after 5 months.

Already the company gave a bad first impression. We scheduled an appointment at the OC fair a week and a half ago for a Saturday at 10am. Saturday morning came and we had made arrangements that day around this appointment. No one called to confirm prior to this day but I guess they texted at 8:10am that morning but since it is a Saturday at 8am we were sleeping since our appointment wasn't until 10. I didn't end up hiring Big Bully Turf but I have to speak on the customer service of their representative this afternoon. He had a rude disposition from the moment I walked outside. He said that living way back on acreage looked shady. He was an hour early (which I was not informed of). I saw their commercial on tv and recommended them to my friends who were shopping for artificial turf as was I. Turns out, the only thing bully about this company is what they did to my friends. My friends had this Big Bully turf installed in their backyard and were happy with it. Shortly after, my friend's mom passed away, and she inherited her house. Originally I was told my project would take 4-5 days. Nine weeks later I was still dealing with this company. There were numerous oversights- they didn't install gopher wire initially, I paid for a pallet of large pavers that were ordered in error, the putting green & cement pad dimensions were incorrect and probably the most egregious thing was charging my credit card $19k without my permission or knowledge. To preface, no work was done for us. This review is about the measurement and quote process. Anthony came out and was nice at first. He measured out the areas we wanted while I put my son to sleep and my mother was working. As she is the homeowner and the one paying, he mentioned speaking to her but she's putting the job in my hands of getting the yard done. I DO NOT recommend Big Bully Turf!! When they first did my backyard with turf, pavers, and a small retaining wall I was happy because the work looked nice and they finished the entire project in just 5 days. We soon realized that our side yard was not draining and when it rains the side yard turns into a lake. We scheduled a day for them to come out and fix it and they no call no showed! I wasnt going to review this business, but I changed my mind because the more I thought about it the more bothered I was. The one area where they really excelled was that they have very hard-workers that did a very nice job. Overall however, their communication was very poor. There were three times where communication affected the job. 1. When I signed the contract, they did not let me know that they were backed up 4 to 6 weeks.
