Big City Wings

The food was good and a cool environment, but the waitress ruined our first experience there by being very inattentive. Took us 10-15 minutes to get drinks while eating HOT wings and 25 minutes from getting the ticket to having to close out with what I assume was the manager to leave. He had very little to say and didn't seem to care. Probably won't be back.

Honest opinion, I did not like this place at all. My family heard great things about Big City Wings and wanted to try it out. We walked in and were immediately thrown off by the smell of a nail salon (next door). The fumes are completely noticeable and you would be lying if you say otherwise. Our waiter was fine and did his job. The food was disappointing from the appetizers to the wings to the drinks, just not what we were hoping for. We come from Austin where Pluckers is the big wing restaurant, and this place stands now... read more

Walked in this establishment and i noticed there was a manager assisting with cleaning tables. Waiter was nice and while he took our order i noticed the concern on his face of why its taking so long to cook the food for 2 people, waiter alerting the manager about it that the food was taking longer than usual. More customer walked in order their food and receive their food less than 12 min and we are still waiting on ours. The waiter once again alerted the manager to the issue and the manager walked into the kitchen around t... read more

I will never visit this place again. I sat in the bar area and the service was poor at best. I had to walk to the bartender from my high table to order. The bar only had 3 couples and they were already served. My food came out quickly but my order was not correct. After a total of 40 minutes I paid for my beer and left. I went to another nearby restaurant and will not return to this place.

Went in sat at the bar for 10 mins without anyone approaching me so I left... someone walked behind the bar and then ran to answer the phone when there was 3 others at the desk up front... wasn't busy ATALL. They more worried abt the phone than customers. As long as I'm BLACK I WONT BE BACK!

The food isn't terrible but the take out service is! We've tried ordering take out multiple times because they are in a very convenient location but every time at least one of our orders has been wrong. Needless to say, we won't be ordering out from here again.

Dang....I used to LOVE this place. Literally...I came here at least 3 times a month. I frequent the nailshop next door weekly, so I like to drop in for a cocktail. So....I ordered crawfish. And my family ordered wings. Waited 48 minutes for the wings. Crawfish came out immediately---with a cockroach. Good times. Waitress didn't apologize. Just grabbed the plate and went to the kitchen. Manager came out 6 minutes later. Told us our food (only) was free. Except, I didn't have any food. Waitress came by (still no apologies) t... read more

Terrible service! My first time ever leaving a review on anything on this app tbh.. Got there and sat down right away.. took them like 20 min for anyone to come take our drink order and only because we went up to the front to see what was going on.. everyone just looked at each other confused trying to figure out who's gonna take our table.. then finally ordered some beers and waters .. that took forever too!! It wasn't even that busy ..I would have been fine if they had at least brought our drinks out while they made us wai... read more

My boyfriend and I visited this place on Sunday order 10 wings with fries along with a pound of crawfish. The chicken wings was a great size but it didn't have much wing sauce on it which I don't like. I do prefer wet wings but here you'll have to pay extra for more wing sauce. You'll also have to pay extra for ranch or blue cheese sauce if you want 1 extra one because it only comes with 1 sauce. The fries was lightly seasoned in butter and garlic seasoning. I had to make some under the kitchen sink sauce to go with my fries ... read more
