Terrible service! My first time ever leaving a review on anything on this app tbh.. Got there and sat down right away.. took them like 20 min for anyone to come take our drink order and only because we went up to the front to see what was going on.. everyone just looked at each other confused trying to figure out who's gonna take our table.. then finally ordered some beers and waters .. that took forever too!! My boyfriend and I visited this place on Sunday order 10 wings with fries along with a pound of crawfish. The chicken wings was a great size but it didn't have much wing sauce on it which I don't like. I do prefer wet wings but here you'll have to pay extra for more wing sauce. You'll also have to pay extra for ranch or blue cheese sauce if you want 1 extra one because it only comes with 1 sauce.The fries was lightly seasoned in butter and garlic seasoning. We were asked to seat ourselves and the waitress came about 3 minutes later to get our drink order. We were ready to place our order so we told her what we wanted. She came back about 20 minutes later and asked us about the details of our order. 10 minutes later she comes out with a tray with our order on it and the turns around heading back to the kitchen saying that she needed to check our order. Just came from there. Washed my hands and sat down. For 10 minutes nobody greeted me, nobody came to me for an order of a drink. The bartenders, waitresses, ans an older gentleman im thinking is a manager or owner were all talking around within my reach. I'd give it a lower rating but 0 stars is not an option

Walked in and got seated, wasn't busy at all... didn't get service after a good 10-15 min.. just left. Saw servers talking about who was taking us and they just ignored us. Manager didn't care when we told him. Won't be back. Really discouraging when all the servers look like they are in 10th grade...

I tried to place an order. They girls answering the phone just kept putting me on hold while they were talking about trying something on. This was going to be my 1st time ordering from this place. The phone customer service was terrible. That alone is a huge thing for me and now, I won't be giving them my business. Brewings is closer to me anyhow.

The food is amazing! The only thing that sucks is the service my server took forever to take our order and it wasn't busy at all. She was sitting down at another table talking to her friends. But the food is fantastic!

We have been to this location many times before and have never experienced the horrible service we have today. You would have thought they were jam packed because of the slow service, but the place was almost empty. We had to ask 2 servers, plus get up and go to the bar to check on the TWO beers we ordered. Then the food (which was OK) came out one entree at a time. When we got the bill we were charged wrong and was told to just give me your card and we will just run it for the correct amount....ummm no, I'd like to see ... read more

The food is below average and the place is not very clean. The waitress was great and did very well. The wings were over cooked and dry. The have tons of TV's so that's a plus, but the food is not very good. Better off going to Hooters or Brick House for the price you pay at this place and the subpar food.
