First time here, wings were terrible. I should've just stuck with WingStop. Ordered a 10 piece half/half and all 10 tasted the same, like the oil they were cooked in. I've done a better job on the wings I deep fry at home. Big let down.

We've patronized big city wings many times over the last couple of years. Lately their quality has really gone down and so has the service. We typically order to go, this time the order was all the way wrong and the staff was unapologetic about getting our order incorrect. In fact, they explained to us that sometimes the kitchen makes the food various ways and we just needed to accept that. We ordered bone-in wing baskets. The food is decent but the service is no bueno! Been here twice and they take for ever to check on your service or refills. That's with different waitstaff.

Bad service all together the past 2 times I went, but decided to give it another try. NOPE, bad idea. I would not recommend eating here, it's a waste because your waiter/waitress will take forever to come get your order, check on you, or even get refills/to go boxes. (Tall black male) was our waiter and it took about 15 minutes for him to even come get our drink order and I ordered 1/2 wing basket which was 8 dollars and he charged me for a full order. The food is good but the last time we were there, Friday evening, the restrooms so were filthy I wouldn't allow my granddaughter to touch anything in there. The floor was so sticky our shoes actually stuck to the floor! It was disgusting. If their restrooms for the guest are that filthy, I can't imagine what their kitchen looks like.

I really don't know how this place is even still in business. Literally takes 45 minutes to an hour to get your food, then you get it and your order isn't even right! I tried this place again today for dinner, got home with my order after waiting 30 minutes for 1 burger and fries, food was cold and it wasn't even what I ordered. When I called the manager didn't even apologize! I'll definitely tell others to take their business somewhere else that knows what they're doing & cares for their customers.

The kitchen here is SLOW!!! Got here at 12:30 ish ordered about 12:50.... just got appetizer at 1:20 and well... the main course has still yet to arrive!!! And the place literally has 6 tables.... it not even packed! Haven't even seen a manager on the floor this entire time!! Seems like this place relies on customers heads to be buried in their cell phones to notice that it takes forevvvvverrrrrrr to actually eat!!!

Ordered the teriyaki chicken sandwich, boneless, and traditional wings. Teriyaki chicken sandwich and boneless wings were very good. However, the sandwich didnt have cheese or onion and it came on a regular bun even though the menu says onion bun. The traditional wings were terrible. Way way way over cooked. Garlic parm and lemon pepper were bland like others have said. Pretty sad that a place with "wings" in its name cant properly cook wings.

Yuck! This restaurant is next door to a nail salon, so when you walk in you are hit in the face with the smell of nail polish and remover. It burns your eyes and lungs. I have asthma, so it caused me to start coughing - I had to leave so I wouldn't have an asthma attack! What a horrible place to have a restaurant where you expect people to stop and eat. It's a sports bar, which most people would stop and watch a game or drink at, and they expect you to deal with the toxic air. We'll find somewhere else to eat and watch the g... read more
