I love wings and really never had an unpleasant experience where I couldn't eat them until I ordered from big city wings in Copperfield. I ordered their garlic parmesan wings and could not even finish one of them. Tasted like cooking oil, mustard with a little garlic. absolutely horrible. They looked very good it's just their sauce was sooooo bad. Also, ordered some original mild but never tasted them because they looked like never got sauced. I was so upset I threw everything out.

Was not impressed with tonight's takeout order, won't be back. Highly disappointed in the boneless wings, the sauces on the side were cold, was not asked if we wanted ranch... potato wedge portion size was small. Spent $40 dollars on food that just didn't suffice or appease our craving for wings.

Service was so extremely slow today! First time and not impressed. Every employee was just slowly walking around. Zero energy! Food was decent. Wings good. Chicken and waffles were cold. Burger was good. 2 hours to get that served.

This was my first time trying Big City Wings. The experience was was far less than okay. I ordered the Thursday special, but one get one boneless wings and french fries. The front lady person that took my order informed me that they served waffle fries. I said it was fine. It took about 30 minutes for my order despite the fact that there were only about 6 other patrons in the restaurant. We came to eat here on Friday evening, 7/12. My husband and I were looking for food since a lot of places are still without power. Service was awful. The phone rings off the hook and no one would answer it not even the manager. The manager kind of walked around aimlessly as the ship was sinking. It was $5 margarita night and I was charged $9.50 for basically lemonade. The food is great and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars.

The waiter didn't have the best attitude, but that's not even the main point whoever worked as a manager this night was absolutely awful. The waiter even slightly expressed and understood my frustration with him. It's the NBA CONFERENCE FINAL and he decides to put on a REGULAR season Astros game on the big screen that no one is watching and when I request to change it, he just say "No" and walks away. The service ruins the food and experience. There is a waitress that goes by the name Kelly that makes us feel very uncomfortable when dining in...She turns and leaves when you're mind sentence...it makes one feel disrespected and unheard. Customer Service is a reoccurring issue here. If you want a rude server, this is your spot. It's very unfortunate because the food is good. It is pricey as well, I just don't think for the extreme low customer service, and entire ambiance of the building- it isn't worth it. Waffles are good. Again, sad, because I want to eat here, but I don't want to subject myself to being treated so poorly as a customer. I do appreciate management when it's brought up, but it doesn't change the previous experience, unfortunately.

Good deals! Poor service with cold food. The atmosphere was quiet it's off a Main Street where it's typically busy but it was pretty quite.
