OUTSTANDING JOB
A well engineered water softening system using quality components that will last, installed by very experienced competent people.
We had our BioTech water softener and RO filter installed in August of 2004. We have been completely satisfied with pushing 15 years. Hank and his team are knowledgeable, professional, timely, clean and just plain nice! We had a little (unusual) problem pretty early in and it was resolved immediately and professionally. Oh, we are still on our first water softener just in case you were wondering!
Everything was exactly as described. There was a leak in my RO after installation but they came right out to fix it.
Fast, Knowledgable, Trustworthy
The owner takes time to explain it all. Has great understanding of equipment. We had problems with electronic water softeners in the past and he actually uses gear type water softeners
Hank and his team made the entire process from understanding my options/ selecting the right components to the installation of my water softener system very easy. The team were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They walked me through the entire system and even elaborated on the maintenance necessary for keeping my system in great working order. I am glad I went with Hank and the team at BioTech.
Excellent service and very knowledgeable
Hank is full of knowledge, and the install crew was courteous and efficient. Hank sold me on the quality of his system, and visually it?s very evident. Although not inexpensive, I have full faith that Hank will stand by his product and his system will outlast the competitions cheap plastic versions.
