Great for keeping up with all reviews
No public pricing; no thanks. Horrible customer experience. I just want pricing information, so visited the pricing page and had to fill out some form, but that didn't work because the form doesn't recognize my phone number (?!) So I opened the help widget. Some dumb bot asked me a bunch of questions but choked on my phone number. So I called them, and some guy asked the same bunch of questions even though I'm already in their Saleforce by now. We just signed up for Bird Eye's services. All of the surveys that I created were deleted by Bird Eye. They told us today that the earliest they could try to fix the issue was next Thursday. That is an entire week after our the initial issue was discovered. Nobody is responding to us via phone or email. The tickets that we have submitted on their website have disappeared as well.
I had representative lauryn downing contact me today on my personal cell phone. I was busy so I hung up. This afternoon I find she has left my business a one star rating saying she does not recommend . I will definitely not be using this company to help with an online reputation. Beware if you don’t take time to talk to them they will try to RUIN your online reputation.
My experience with this practice was absolutely HORRIBLE!! They were spent more time with financial stuff then my care. The communication was not good and everything went through a portal. No test results given until you follow-up. I have chosen another practice and I absolutely love them. It took multiple attempts to get records forwarded and had to be retested.

Wrote unsolicited spam email to me. Needs to get customers through legitimate means. Reputation management company with 0 1 or 2 star views... Surprised or fake data?
