Review Excellent PROS Customers Connection. I like that I can answer to client's needs directly. I like that I can set up templates for faster response. All is excellent CONS No direct connection with Yelp. Not being on curtain pages for certain time disconnects us with the clients. So far, Ive been paying for services for 2 weeks. My onboarding call was rescheduled from today (when I am available) to a time I am not available. Im not sure what work has been done by Birdeye on my behalf, but I know I have done my part by paying their fee. I may change this rating once things get going and I see effort on their part and results, but as of now I am frustrated. I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars when I saw the response to resolve my concerns. I am very happy with their follow up and everything is going well. The on boarding took 3 meetings , but that was mostly because of tech difficulties on my end. However, Birdeye was quick to schedule our next meeting at the end of one.

Highly recommend Pros: Easy to integrate! Wonderful customer service! Cons: Pricey software. But worth the price we pay!

We hired Birdeye to help our business grow. So far, the communication has been great. Our rep, Abdul, is always quick to respond, explains everything with simplicity, and is here for me and my team for any questions we may have. We just started about a month ago, but so far I am very happy with this service and enjoy working with Birdeye.

I had issues with their implemetation, they contacted me quickly and although not resolved, multiple attempts have been made and I feel like they are trying hard to remedy the situation.

Great company, very responsive and helpful to any issues that arise. Lots of new tools popping up easy to navigate the system as well. Can't go wrong with Birdeye.

Using BirdEye has made a tremendous difference in the number of reviews that we receive- be it Google, Facebook or Yelp. It is one of the best investments we have made this year. We will absolutely be renewing next year. We could not be happier. Update- I'm going into my 3rd year with Birdeye. Just signed up for the survey option. Very very happy.

Love Birdeye, it makes requesting reviews a breeze. Raktim was fabulous with the onboard part of introducing me to all the features the software offers. I have a much better understanding now and I can always reach out to Raktim with customer service, if I need any other help. Thank you for the fine experience.
