Attracting more patients due to reputation and SEO.

"Convenient and very user friendly" What do you like best about Birdeye? I really like that Birdeye is set up to send notifications before and after a tenant rents. The notification alerts them to do a review about their process. It's very user friendly and removes the stress from employees having to remember to send them the request. Additionally, we get an email notification once the customer does the review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only downside I have notices is that the request sometimes takes longer than I would prefer before and after someone has rented or vacated. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: None. Easy to use! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits include the fact that it allows us to focus on other things without having to worry about whether or not we sent out the request manually or not.

"Amazing and convenient tool to keep tabs on business reputation and communicate with your customers!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The convenience of seeing all your customer reviews in one place is paramount. I love how it has response templates to use for reviews when you are unsure of what to say, especially if there is a negative review. This is so helpful for those new to BirdEye or new to managing company reputation and just adds to the convenience of it all. I have already recommended BirdEye to a few friends and will keep doing so. Thanks BirdEye! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of anything I dislike about BirdEye, only likes! Maybe just one suggestion would be to have some pop-up pointers on how to use BirdEye effectively for new users. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It has made sending review links to customers so easy and has given me more time in my day for other tasks. Customers don't want to spend their free time searching for all the platforms of a company to leave a review; they also want more time in their day for their own tasks, so just clicking a link has made it that much easer for them to share their thoughts!

"Great support team, superb product." What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of use, fast interface and so far 0 issues with the platform. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing so far, been with them for 6 months now and only good things to report. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: The launch team is very good and managing the setup, best advice is to ask questions and to fully complete the task list. We were able to launch in under 2 weeks once the plan was in place. Fantastic team at Birdeye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Higher positive reviews in aggregated platforms, easy to use SMS interaction interface, improved customer experience.

"Great way to centralize reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is great way to receive a higher number of reviews and centralize all review platforms into one spot. What do you dislike about Birdeye? It would be great to see a way to customize a review request for a specific person if you do not want to send the generic campaign request. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We've found a way for our service techs to request reviews in a simple and effective manner and take the pressure off of them when talking to a customer.

"Quick way to have touch point with patients" What do you like best about Birdeye? Simple and easy to use interface. Quick way to send review requests. Gives a quick overview of review ratings based on a couple of different platforms that you are tracking reviews from (such as Facebook, google reviews, other sites.) Helps us connect with patients through both a web chat feature as well as through social media sites (Facebook.) What do you dislike about Birdeye? It is limited in some of it's features; such as having a customer database that collects who has been sent a review and if that person responded. There are times when I'm sure I am sending the same person more than one review request. It would be nice to have the option to see if I have already sent a review request to that specific person, and if they have responded to the request with a review so that I am not sending review requests to people who have already completed a review. I do not like the "pre-populated" questions from the website chat that seem to get clicked a lot and send us such as "Can I book an appointment?," and "I'd like to learn more," and when we respond there is nothing back from these chats. It's almost like it is a computer bot taking over and "spamming" us on occasion with this feature. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Great tool for keeping a touchpoint with customers/patients to ask for reviews after visiting. Nice way to get messages from other sources in a single portal that you can reply to within the BirdEye platform. If your business needs to boost online reviews, this could be a great way to go about doing that. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Using BirdEye helps us connect with patient's after they leave, and can give us insights into what we are doing well and what we could be doing better if they didn't have a great experience. We have gotten a few new reviews since using this service that helps to boost our credibility online when patient's are looking at coming to our office.

"Great Tool For Patient Experience" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how easy it is to communicate with patients. I love how you can manage how often you are asking for reviews so that patients don't feel like we are constantly nagging them for a review. Birdeye is also a great tool to easily plugin and upload reviews to your website. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish the analytic reports were a little more in-depth. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicating with our patients about how they can have a better patient experience at our office.

"BirdEye has been a life changer for our Reviews. We receive new reviews almost every day!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy access to our account with the App. I can immediately respond to a Review or a Chat. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Occasionally the App is delayed and the notification for Reviews are not instant. However, they do come over. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Just sign up and give it a try. You will be glad you did! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are increasing our Review platform mainly via Google and FB. This was a hard task for our technicians to do before. This is helping us increase our ratings.

"Best marketing investment we've made!" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye keeps us focused on our clients after the job is complete, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. We LOVE getting new reviews so quickly! We have had 2 walk-ins (we are a flooring contractor - so our business is not impulse purchase) tell us that they came to us because of our online reviews - this NEVER would have happened BEFORE BirdEye!! What do you dislike about Birdeye? The system needs to do a better job of syncing our responses to reviews - sometimes we make responses directly on the review platform (instead of through BirdEye), and BirdEye doesn't capture them within it's platform - weird. Also - we are having a bit of an issue setting up new goals...this gets a bit stuck. However, these things are minor in the grand scheme of benefits. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: We've tried other things (like lead generation services - they just weren't a good fit for us) . Word-of-mouth has always been our best friend in terms of advertising. This is word-of-mouth on steroids! Again - the best marketing money we've spent. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We've already salvaged a relationship from 6 months ago from something we had no idea that had happened and have improved our online reputation dramatically. We have already met the first # of new reviews goal we set during the implementation process and are ready to set the next one. We are SOLD!

"Love Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that the review process is automated. Patients receive a text or email after their appointment asking how their appointment was. They have the option to leave a Google review if they have a gmail account. If not, they are taken to a microsite to leave their review. It's pretty simple. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We do occasionally get comments that they receive too many requests for their feedback. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Referred to Periodontists of Memphis What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We know patients are able to leave feedback that we can review and that allows us to look at our processes and tweak as needed if there are repeated comments about the same topic.

What do you dislike about Birdeye? The service is not cheap, however nothing this fully featured could be. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Free up your time. Reviews are critical to your success, get your time back. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Freeing up my time to focus on servicing clients and not chasing reviews.

"Birdeye is saying what they will do and they will!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Facility to send and track review requests as well as click rate changes. It really is great to be able to send recommendations for various channels at like that once. Furthermore, I like with the classic look and user experience, and even the allows for easy of sending reviews. I even see it works with our small case service offering, Clio, even if it also needs to be built into it. Assumedly, our contact information can be harvested to make trying to send reports even relatively easy at least, and that's the real explanation on the Clio ownership structure. Despite, it's a massive leap up above and beyond the our traditional approaches to simply pointing people to both the webpage of the Google Review and hoping they 'd open it up and walk away an analysis. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Little is to loathe. Just one aspect I can add is to enable further user oversight of administration-level functions relevant to platform assignments and client reach. I am not aware if that was a BIrdEye restriction or a restriction implemented by administrators of my businesses. Seeing as all info is simple to manage and ingest. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Let this tool make your life easier! Scroll through all reviews in one place, across multiple sites and locations. Great for managing reputation, viewing and responding to negative reviews before they get posted. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our procedure can see how our exposure of our clinicians and proposed to our practitioners is making a difference. We invite every patient to take part in an Assistant and Service examination. This helps enhance the user health and our client support. Since we would never want a clinician to provide us with a bad product. We would also not need to transfer on going to ask a doctor for an analysis but since we did not provide them with stellar service. It's how we overcome and understand BirdEye 's advantages.
