    Effective Review Management Pros: Ease of use; Ability to run SMS and/or Email campaigns; Robust campaign customization; Integration with multiple review channels Cons: Campaign set up could have been a little more intuitive but the support team and doc library was great when it came to answering any questions we had. Overall: Our agency has really enjoyed working with BirdEye. It's proved to be a very effective way to manage the review process for our clients - and has yielded some great results.

    "Best Review System!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is the best review system around! It has helped greatly with my practice, Renaissance Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. The company has a very modern system that is very easy to integrate and sends out notifications that clients actually want to respond. Birdeye has easily met my expectations!     "Great customer engagement. Mediocre API." What do you like best about Birdeye? Very versatile tool for managing and collecting feedback. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The API for the tool is weirdly architected and very poorly documented. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: The engagement with your account rep is critical. If building custom integrations, allow a little more time than you normally would to build it. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer surveys have been automated.

    "Amazing Results!" What do you like best about Birdeye? How quickly it got us reviews and how consistent it stays. We had less than 20 reviews that had been there for some time before getting on Birdeye. Not even a year later we are 6 reviews away from 100. I don't think we expected for it to work this well. This also makes it so easy for us to make text and email campaigns and track their results. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not being able to share on Healthgrades automatically like it does to social media. Being a doctor's office this would help a lot. I would also like to be able to stop the notifications during after hour times. I could put the mobile notifications on silent during the weekend but that means I have to remember early Monday to put them back on. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more information out there about our practice through experienced patients has been a big help. A lot of people would wonder about our approach and question it. With more reviews about it, it's easier to understand so it brings in more patients with more confidence in our methods.

    "Our online reputation management problem finally solved" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye integrates seamlessly with our PMS and has automated what we were trying to do manually for some time. Not only are we able to get timely feedback from our patients to ensure quality delivery of care but it also has done a fantastic job in capturing our patients positive experiences especially with Google reviews. Wish we had engaged with Birdeye sooner! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing to dislike about this company. VERY much customer oriented through training and implementation and current support. Only downside was signing on with the company literally as pandemic hit and Google temporarily shut down patient reviews for about a month. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are now able to monitor our online reputation with very comprehensive dashboard tools and take prompt corrective action in our practice should we have any negative patient expereiences.

    Great product, EXCEPTIONAL training! Pros: I like that it's visually friendly. The dashboard is a great way to see an overview of everything happening, and where our company stands in each aspect. The training is exceptional! Very thorough, helping me understand the complete functionality of the platform. Cons: So far, so good! I really don't have any complaints! Overall: This is a great tool for gaining better company reviews. It eliminates the need to do the research it takes to create reports, find out where we're lagging, etc...

    Easy to use Pros: Simple to use. Just put in a name, email, or phone number in and press submit. Cons: I cant think of any cons while I have used BirdEye. Overall: Overall we have seen many more reviews because of BirdEye.

    Great Product Pros: We love how our clients can have direct data pulls from there dental software. Cons: In the beginning we struggled with integration but those problems have been fixed.

    Couldn’t be more happy with this service. I used to ask for reviews and get the “sure I will leave you one” and then never see it. Now I send via text and it has increased the number of reviews I have received. My Rep is Babette and she kicks butt!! Thanks Bird Eye!!!!!

    I use BirdEye to follow up with patients and ask them to leave reviews. In just a few months of having a membership with BirdEye, I received more reviews than the previous doctor did in 3 years!     Worth it! Pros: This software gives a great boost to your online reputation. The customer support is excellent and the dashboard is super user-friendly. Cons: We really enjoyed this software, but could only afford to stay with it for a little while.

What do you dislike about Birdeye? This is a bit costly solution for the newly set ups so the pricing policy should be revised. Further whenever I try to communicate on my web page the systems get slower which creates problems as I have to treat many people together. Moreover more attachment options should be made available. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would surely like to recommend this tool to the entire business sector, it will bring you closer towards your audience and eventually with time you will come to know about the market needs.
