Rohtash was great, but it took way too long to get a resolution on this. The problem was first noticed July 20th and there was not a resolution until September 8th.
Nate has been amazing and very patient. Weekly meetings to keep us focused on our timeline has been critical for our Team.

Hands down easiest and most supportive onboarding experience ever. I have been working with Ankit for the past several weeks as he helped introduce me to the platform and ensure that all my features were working correctly. Ankit surpassed my expectations by not only showing me the available capabilities of the platform but also by ensuring that I actually knew how to use the features myself and booking multiple calls with me to discuss strategy and answer additional questions that came up during the week.
