    "It works" What do you like best about Birdeye? Captures client attention and encourages their review of your service. What do you dislike about Birdeye? As I am just beginning my Birdeye experience I've not found a fault with their program. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The challenge of getting the client to complete and send the review.

I wish that the Birdeye platform integrated with my CRM software better. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Talk with their organization to see all that they. Can do for you. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Making it extremely easy for patients to connect with Google to provide reviews.

    "Accurate and fast review." What do you like best about Birdeye? Efficient and quick service. Gives clients anonymous opportunity to give genuine feedback. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No incentive for clients to participate other than if something went really good or really bad. Seems like the surveys come back inconsistently.     BirdEye has revolutionized how we do business. We've seen a real increase in customer satisfaction as well as a new surge in customers coming to us directly from seeing our internet presence (vs. a friend/family referral). The BirdEye Messenger integration into our website has helped us capture and convert more leads than ever!

Our CEO is ecstatic and happy with the increase. The improved reviews have helped us better retain customers, and address their issues quickly. Indirectly, the improved reviews have helped us recruit and retain employees as well. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?     "Excellent reputation service for hospitality" What do you like best about Birdeye? The streamlined business listing ratings/reviews have been essential to meet thousands of comments our properties receive on a monthly basis. No need for multiple users to keep track of different credentials - BirdEye solves this by consolidating all ratings/reviews into one interface. Having unlimited users has helped with training and adding more individuals to the platform. The internal ticketing makes it extremely easy for us to collaborate around responses. At-a-glance reporting is an excellent way to manage on a micro and macro level across the enterprise. What do you dislike about Birdeye? One of the downsides to the service is the delay in response times. Since certain business listing publishers don't offer a dynamic API, it can take up to a day for some replies to be posted. Also it can be irritating when the API breaks due to business listing publishers making changes. Neither issue is BirdEye's 'fault', its simply the way this space works. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you're looking to put an enterprise solution in place for your company to manage its online reputation, BirdEye is a great fit. Whether its a single business location or hundreds in a franchise, BirdEye has a lot of flexibility for any situation. Not only is it easy to use, but your internal users of the tool will 'enjoy' watching for ratings and reviews to reply to as well as pulling regular reports to see progress. Reputation management can make or break a business and BirdEye sets their clients up for success. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? With Birdeye, we were able to attain a 95% negative review/response rate across 20+ casino resorts with over 150 venue locations. The platform is simple to use and easy to train any number of people.

    "The feed back from our patient has been very helpful." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that we can see the results - it's very helpful seeing the gratitude are patients feel about their care with us. It's also helpful to see where we need to improve. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't feel that there is anything to dislike about this product, it works! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We can read the results and if a patient was unhappy with the service we can reach out to try to solve it and reassure the patient that we will resolve it.

    "Wonderful tool for feedback" What do you like best about Birdeye? Great way of knowing how well your business is doing. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing really. I haven't found anything I dislike. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Get familiar with the features. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Most of our feedback has been positive but the few times it has not been, it has not has given us an opportunity to improve.

The platform is comprehensive and has increased our overall review rate 116% and increased our overall rating to the highest it's ever been Team is knowledgeable and their Insights products provides invaluable information for our clinical and operations team. Auto responses has cut time in more than have of what I spent on previous platform. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We are still working to automate reports, which is also a complication on our side. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: “BirdEye is a wonderfully intuitive platform and constantly looking at how they can evolve to continue to offer best-in-class reputation management services. Through their innovative use of AI, the platform does so much more than just manage reviews. We are able to review competitors, manage tickets to our locations for customers that have issues and need assistance and their Insights product offers our Clinical and Operations team vital information on our locations and providers in order to address issues that we would have otherwise not known about and would be unable to address proactively. Their platform is far beyond others I have reviewed and worked with – we increased the number of reviews 116% in the first two months we worked with them" What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Time management, number of reviews, operations and clinical evaluation of locations and providers and increased number of ratings with the best rating we've had.

The landscaping of the website is set up perfect so that you can easily manage all social media and review sights. Easy navigation. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing to dislike. It is simple and easy to incorporate into conversations with customers. Being quick and easy for customers is key to the success rate of capturing reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Not fully integrated with my software so it still takes an added effort to get the BirdEye link in front of the customers. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? My Google presence was low and reviews were few and far between. BirdEye made it simple for our employees to have the conversation with customers about reviews and made it simple for the customer to leave a review. With the increase in reviews and increase in my rating, I've seen hit and conversions go up.

    "Birdeye Review" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has been extremely effective in allowing our company to have a presence online by effortlessly soliciting reviews after our patients complete their appointments. Each evening, a review request goes out to patients who haven't been seen in a certain time frame and allows them to submit their feedback to our offices. This takes the leg work off of our staff by not having to remember to ask each patient in a high production office and allows each patient to provide their honest review of the services they receive while in office. What do you dislike about Birdeye? In today's society, everyone looks to Google and Facebook for reviews to decide if they want to utilize the services of a company, but fewer people actually take the time to leave reviews. On a daily basis, we can send upwards of 100 review requests and only 2-5 patients will complete a review per day. However, this is not an issue with Birdeye as much as a dislike regarding the frequency at which patients complete the review requests. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Try it! We highly recommend it for ease of use and increased SEO. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has helped our company internally by causing us to modify how we handle feedback and improve systems and efficiencies that we do not always realize as workers in the company. Feedback from our patients has allowed us to become a better company. The online reviews have significantly improved our overall ratings on Facebook and Google by encouraging patients to leave reviews after their appointments. Statistically, we are receiving more reviews than we ever did before we integrated the Birdeye platform into our systems. More (and better!) reviews have increased SEO and new patient counts.
