The on boarding training experience was very worthwhile and informative. Jitender really helped me get on board with the new platform.
Amazing technology. We switched over to Birdeye from another review software. After just a few short weeks we started noticing a drastic difference in the rate at which we received reviews. The software works! The customer service has been great as well. Friendly reps and very quick responses. Highly recommend!

Being based in Australia, I've been a customer of Cube Online for sometime and have recently been onboarded with Birdeye to support Cube. I've always found both companies easy to work with and communication has always been simple and hassle free. The Birdeye platform is fantastic and I'm excited to get plenty of use out of it.
