Husain Mukadam is just great with great communication skills. Most of the 3rd party companies I work with we have to struggle a lot with it but Husain is pro at it, Very fluent, technical and provides support up to the mark. An asset for your company. Definitely deserves a raise if it is due :)

Ajay has been a great help with getting our client's Birdeye account integrated with Dr. Chrono. Ajay gave us very thorough directions in an online meeting as well as an online guide we could follow. With your help, the process was very easy to understand and integrate. In addition, Ajay also helped us to better understand Live Chat functionality and how it is controlled by our business hours and/or manually turning Live Chat on and off so only Web Chat could be available during business hours if we preferred.
