Good Service, User Interface Needs Work Pros: This is a great tool that we are able to offer to our clients. It allows us to consolidate reviews into one location and respond quickly and efficiently as well as increase SEO with the listings feature. Cons: The user interface is not intuitive; it takes a long time to learn how to navigate the platform and some features are in multiple places (i.e. Reviews & Reviews Inbox), which is confusing.
Rishi and the Birdeye team are always professional and efficient with answering questions that they can answer right away. Very responsive and they make the process of learning the product easy.
